Shake then strain and garnish with lemon wheel.

10 cl Gnista Floral Wormwood & 1 kg frozen strawberries
Blend with pectinase, filter. Then add 100 g sugar

The drink:
6 cl base, described above
0.5 cl Chardonnay vinegar
1 cl honey

Stir ice cold, Garnish with dill umbel and black pepper.

Dry shake and shake with ice. Double strain into a tumbler. Garnish with caramelised Plum slice

2 cl Cold brew coffee
1 cl Plain syrup (optional)
Tonic water

Shake all but the tonic well with ice, then strain into a chilled coupe. Top with tonic water and garnish with coffee beans.

1 cl Monin Orgeat syrup

3 cl of 0% dry gin
3 cl Lemon Juice

4.5 cl Lemon Juice
2 cl cream
2.5 cl whole milk
3 cl gingerbread syrup
3 cl egg white or vegan option
3 dashes (toasted almond) bitters
2 barspoons of cinnamon infused honey

Dry shake. Shake with ice and double strain. Garnish with Biscuit crumbs

Pink Acid

5 cl Pink Ginista
3 cl persimmon cinnamon syrup
3 cl (lingonberry) acid

Shake with ice and double strain

Pink Rose

40 cl Pink Gnista
1 cl Undone No. 8 (This is not Vermouth)
0.5 cl Franka Nordic Aperitif
1.5 cl Rose Tea Syrup (optional)
5 cl fresh lemon juice
5 cl organic Orange Blossom Water
10 Timut Peppercorns
30 cl Schweppes Soda (or very sparkly water)

Muddle the peppercorns in a shaker. Add all ingredients except soda, then shake vigorously for 15 seconds over ice. Double strain over fresh ice in a glass of your choice and add the soda water.

Summer Spritz

6 cl chilled Pink Ginista
6 cl chilled sparkling wine (with or without %)

Make sure both bottles are chilled before serving in you favourite glass!
