Gnista Non-Alc Spirits
Do non-alcoholic spirits taste like real alcohol?
Not exactly and that’s the intention. Gnista Spirits deliver complexity, body, bitterness, and subtle heat, similar to traditional spirits, but with its own botanical identity. It’s not meant to taste like soft drinks; it’s crafted for adult, layered cocktails and zero-proof mixology.

Gnista contains 0.0–0.5% ABV, legally considered non-alcoholic. This is the same range found in kombucha or de-alcoholised beverages. The tiny amount comes from natural processes, not from fermentation or distillation of alcohol.
They’re safe for non-drinkers, sober-curious individuals, and anyone seeking flavor without the buzz.
Can I use Gnista in cocktails?
Absolutely. Gnista is built for non-alcoholic cocktails, mocktails, and zero-proof drinks. It works beautifully in spritzes, alcohol-free G&Ts, Negroni-style serves, and Old Fashioned variations. Our spirits are crafted for mixology and behave just like premium alcohol-free spirits in shakers, over ice, or with quality mixers.
