GENERAL
This website is operated by Gnista Spirits AB. Throughout the site, the terms “Gnista”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Gnista Spirits AB.
These Terms & Conditions shall apply to all sales through gnistaspirits.com and will exclude application of any deviating general or specific conditions or terms of buyer. No waiver or modification of these Conditions of Sale shall be binding upon Gnista, unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Gnista.

PRICE AND PAYMENT
Every product price is including tax, and all prices are in SEK if nothing else is stated. On the checkout page you can see the total price including all taxes, shipping, fees and method of payment.

Payment is done using the services of either PayPal (transfer from PayPal account) or Stripe (card payment).

DELIVERY
Orders are usually packaged and sent within two working days. Under special circumstances – like high pressure on the webshop – packaging and sending can take longer.
Our primary delivery service provider is UPS, but other ways of delivery can be used. The delivery time is usually 1-2 working days within Sweden, and usually less than 5 working days to the rest of the countries we sell to.
We do not take responsibility in case of a delay.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages you will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery (could be about 250-350 SEK ~ 25-35 EUR).

RETURNING PRODUCTS
The right of withdrawal is not applicable to products sold on gnistaspirits.com, since the products are categorised as food products.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, please contact us and we will do our best to solve the issue!

PRIVACY POLICY AND GDPR
When ordering a product you will be asked to fill in you personal information. Upon purchase you agree to this information is stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy in order to fulfill our agreement to you as our customer. FORCE MAJEURE
Gnista is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which indirectly or directly prevents, renders or obstructs production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to riot, war, labor conflicts, flood, storm, fire, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements’ obligations.
