When we developed Gnista in 2018, our starting point was to to find the essence of a great cocktail or wine drinking moment, if the buzz factor is removed.. We've allowed ourself not to be restricted to how things are usually done, nor what ingredients to use (or not to use).
Gnista aren't imitations of existing alcoholic spirits or wines (to us, a dealcoholised wine will always be an inferior copy to an alcoholic version)... Instead, what matters the most is that we end up with liquids that actually do the job!
